What if I told you that pain isn't just bad luck or age, but often begins with how you stand, walk, and carry your pack?

Tramping-Related

•      Noticeable loss of mobility & joint stiffness

•      Occasional back & knee pain post-tramping

•      Frustrated by how long recovery takes now

•      Wary of being told to “slow down”

You are aware that compensations & imbalances can affect tramping

Frustrations that you may have:

•      "Getting down steep terrain is harder than it used to be."

•      "I’m not interested in being told to rest — I want to move better."

The Simplest Solution is Posture Therapy.

You probably won’t even break a sweat.

You just need the right exercises in the right order for the current state of your body.

While other performance improvement programmes are ineffective or short-lived

Posture Therapy improves your performance & ends the cycle of pain because it fixes the underlying CAUSE of limitations & pain in your body.

💡
How do you put it in to words when you feel like someone has given you a pleasure of life back? I had got to a point where I was unable to walk 40 minutes round the block. My body felt like it was twisting up. I was experiencing pain in my neck, shoulder, hips, and down my right leg. I was struggling to sit at my desk at work during the day without having to get up, and when I did stand up my body was 'cranky'.
To be frank, Dominic has been GREAT! He talked me through posture therapy, and I've trusted the process. With subtle exercises designed for me I'm in a massively different place than I was. I have walked round Godley Heads, up the Bridal Path and Scotts Walk. I am not in the medical model, taking pain killers or looking at any invasive surgery. I am enjoying life again! Dom - I am truly grateful, I could not recommend you more highly!
