Programmes may need to be modified as your condition changes.
Exercises or information supplied to one person should not be assumed to be suitable for another person.

Online Services

Where consultations, exercise programmes, education or other services are provided remotely, there may be limitations compared with an in-person assessment.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and, where exercise is involved, ensuring that you have a reasonably safe environment in which to participate.
Where we consider that an online service is not appropriate for your circumstances, we may recommend an in-person assessment or referral to another healthcare provider.

You are responsible for paying any fees that apply to your appointment or service, including any patient contribution associated with an ACC-funded service.
Where a cancellation or non-attendance fee applies, this will be communicated as part of our booking or cancellation policy.
Vigeo Physio may change its fees from time to time. Changes will not retrospectively affect services already provided.

ACC

Where treatment is provided in relation to an ACC claim, eligibility and funding are determined according to ACC requirements.
ACC funding may not cover the full cost of a consultation and a patient contribution may apply.
