We provide expert physiotherapy assessment and diagnosis, followed by treatment tailored to your individual needs and goals.
Dom has more than 20 years of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. He takes time to understand your symptoms, the factors contributing to them, and what is most likely to help. Treatment may include hands-on physiotherapy, progressive exercise, education, and practical strategies to support recovery. The aim is to reduce pain, restore function, and give you the tools to stay well long term.
• Spine, back, thoracic-rib and neck conditions
• Musculoskeletal injuries
• Persistent and chronic pain
• Headaches
• Benign positional vertigo (BPPV)

• Accurate diagnosis and a clearer understanding of your issue
• Pain relief and recovery
• Improved movement, mobility and flexibility
• Returning to work, sport, and daily activities
• Long-term health, prevention, and support with ongoing conditions or surgery recovery
Treatment may include biomechanical screening, joint mobilisation and soft tissue techniques, nerve treatment techniques, taping or bracing, ergonomic and postural advice, corrective exercise, exercise rehabilitation, pain education, and practical support around lifestyle, stress, and recovery. We help you take practical, actionable steps towards better physical health.
We assess and treat BPPV using the Hallpike test and Epley manoeuvre where appropriate. If symptoms continue, we also look at other contributing factors, including how your head, neck, and body are functioning together. Where relevant, this may include a whole-body alignment approach.
